Seasonal Anime: Fall 2016

The fall season of anime has ended and with that I'm obliged (not really) to talk about every series that I watched in this season. This took quite a while to make but without further delay, let's get started!

1. Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans S2
Gotta love Barbatos Lupus. I got the 1/100 Full Mechanics of it and I love it
Looking forward to building Gundam Vidar
No, this series hasn't ended yet and thank god it hasn't. As we all know, I'm a huge fan of Gundam and Iron-Blooded Orphans is one of the many gundam series I love. Arguably one of the best so far. The series sets of some time after the events from the first season and now Tekkadan has developed into a strong organization with their own branch on earth. Unfortunately (or even fortunately) peace can't last, things happened and war is in the horizon. The first half of the series focuses more with the relation between Tekkadan and McGillis (or chocoman as said by Mika) faction of Gjallarhorn, both of them teaming up to benefit out of each other and definitely not because of any sort of trust or mutual comradely. That's not going to happen, most definitely not. This somewhat unholy alliance is worsening the cracks in every front, the cracks between McGillis faction and Arianrhod, Tekkadan and the rest of Teiwaz. And the build up for the mobile armor which man, it wrecks everything, at least until Barbatos go full badass on it.
Also Gundam IBO has something that I don't see often in anime or in any movie so far, the main character, Mikazuki Augus, is both savage and kind at the same time. Do you know how rare it is for a main character to be perfectly ruthless and will get things done without beating around the bush and shouting like madman? Quite rare. Also Mika starts of the series having his right arm and eye paralyzed and moving further to all of his right body fully paralyzed if he's not connected to Barbatos. How rare for a series to paralyze their character? Hardly ever. As someone for love to see something new, this pleases me a lot. I highly recommend Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans to literally anyone, don't let your hatred and biased opinion towards mecha stops you from watching this series.
If it's not for that brain-dead pilot, this MS is quite nice to have
