Upcoming Spring Anime 2017

Winter season of anime is coming to an end and that means spring is coming. So what's there to watch in spring? I'm going to write some anime that seems interesting and notable. Yes, I changed the format of this, this was my "What I will Watch for (insert season) anime" section but that section has a curse so I'll scrap it. Well then, without further ado, let's get started.

Disclaimer: The season has started when I post this, but in the time I write this, none has aired yet

1. Shingeki no Kyojin S2

I have to mention this one, don't I? This is probably the anime that most people, me excluded, are waiting for. Well, what to say, more spiderman with cutters killing naked huge man. This time, with Eren being more and more useless than ever. Not like he's ever been any of use other than the one who carries the damn boulder. Well, I may or may not watch it, I have read the manga after all.

2. Boku no Hero Academia S2
This is the second one that most people, yet again me excluded, are waiting for. I couldn't care less for it, so that's that.

3. Sword Oratoria

Sword Oratoria is a side story for a series we know and love (or hate), Danmachi. Even if you have no idea what that anime is, if you're in the anime community, you probably have seen Hestia at some point. Gosh, she was a sudden boom in the internet all of the sudden when the anime aired. Back to the point, Sword Oratoria follows not the story of Bell, but the more interesting, Sword Princess, Aiz Wallenstein. If you like danmachi or fantasy in general, you'll probably going to enjoy this. I, myself, am looking forward for this.

4. Clockwork Planet

This one. The poster looks absolutely stunning. I'll use this one as the picture if you're reading this from LINE, just look at it, it's beautiful. Not much can be assessed from its synopsis, but it looks interesting nonetheless. I'll give it a go.

5. Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata ♭

Love the first season and definitely going to watch the second. I highly recommend it.

6. Zero kara Hajimeru no Sho

This one, it's kinda unique. The main character isn't human but a half beast, half man. In this world where magic exist yet not many knows about it, our main character meets with a witch for ask him to be his escort mercenary to seek out a book that contain strong magics. Sounds like a simple adventure series, but from time to time, watching that is quite fun. Also this is by studio White Fox, it should be good. Or decent at worst.

7. Eromanga-sensei
She's damn cute
Alright, despite its name, there's no ecchi tag. None at all. Why the name eromanga sensei though? Because the main heroine is someone who draws ero illustration for our main protagonist, that's why. And they're awkwardly brother and sister too. What can you expect, this is from the same person who wrote Oreimo, so i expect to see incest at some point. But the sister character, Sagiri, is cute though. Also considering I love Kirino, I'll try this one by the same author, hopefully Sagiri has the same charm.

8. Busou Shoujo Machiavelism

Okay, the main point of the story is: An all girls school became a co-ed one and the girls out of fear and for safety purposes is allowed to arm themselves. After generations, there's a group of 5 girls who became somewhat like the disciplinary committee of the school and is allowed to "correct" male students... by dressing them as girls. Why right. The protagonist of the story, as you can guess, is a target to be "corrected". I sense school harem series just by the synopsis alone. Also I'm not too sold on it but I know there's someone out there who likes this kind of anime, so... good for you.

9. Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Record

From the synopsis alone, it looked quite interesting. The main male character is a teacher, instructor to be exact but far from being the best at it, he's lazy and incompetent. Sounds quite interesting to me. But I'm calling it now, the main male character, despite being lazy as hell, is OP and will get his harem. I'm calling it now. I'm seeing a pattern that's quite worrying already from the first trailer.

10. Renai Boukun

From the synopsis of the story, the series seems to take the harem genre and rather than making it a man dream come true, it turns it into a curse and the girl is borderline obsessive. Not something anyone would one, unless that someone has a hidden masochism in him. Will I watch it? Dunno.

11. Sagrada Reset
I don't really like the artstyle
Nearly half of the city population having power, ranging from useless one to a world-breaking one. There's also this organization who monitors the usage of these powers. Our main cast has the ability to turn back time with all of their memories reset and someone who can remember the past, including the reseted ones. With these abilities they're going to be operating the organization. Sounds really interesting to me, might give it a shot.

12. Boruto: Naruto Next Generations

Ahahaha... This will never end. No.

13. Granblue Fantasy the Animation

The art looks great but this is adapted from a game and most of the time, it's not that good. I'm having my doubts.

14. Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka?

The story sets off 500 years after humanity went into the brink of extinction when fighting beasts and is forced to live on floating island in the skies. In the lives of a group of young girls who can wield the weapon needed to fight these beasts are raised and throw to fight, there arrived someone who had survived the war and now decided to be their... father, i guess. There's not many series like this, or any at all which portrays the main male character as the father figure of the other cast. It might be interesting

15. Re:Creators

We, humans, have created countless stories throughout history but what if the characters of these stories have their own will and intention, and they regard us, who control their lives and world, as Gods? Re Creators did just that. The characters from fictional stories come out and well, do things. Instantly caught my attention.

16. Alice to Zouroku
Umm.....
There are these group of girls who has the power to turn their thoughts into reality. Obviously, they're detained and experimented on, because why wouldn't they. We follow one of these girls, a girl named Sana who met a stubborn old man called Zouroku. Nothing much can be gained from the synopsis alone unfortunately but this might be interesting to check out.

17. Tsuki ga Kirei
That's not CGI right? Right?
If there's a mediocre and ordinary synopsis, Tsuki ga Kirei has it. But somehow, despite its mediocre synopsis that clearly failed to stand out much, I'm quite interested in it

18. Sakura Quest
Miyamori, is that you?
A group of girls doing work by P.A. Works. What can possibly go wrong, right? They aced Shirobako and Hanasaku Iroha, so I'm looking forward to this. Even if the story failed, the graphics will still be really pleasing to the eye.

19. Oishitsu Kyoushi Haine

There's also not much series that tells the story of a teacher, much less a teacher that has to teach princess from 4 different kingdom. Might watch it, might not.

20. Sekai no Yami Zukan

Let's be honest here, the poster instantly hook me up. Nothing more.

21. Frame Arms Girl

Ahahahaha... hahaha.haha... I want to watch it, just because.

22. Yu☆Gi☆Oh! VRAINS
This looks stupid no matter how much I look at it
Ahahahahaha... what the actual f*ck? I thought they're high enough when they make people duel while riding a bike, now surfing?

23. Koe no Katachi

YES! YES! Simply yes! Watch it, just watch this. You won't regret it, I assure you.

24. Overlord: Shikkoku no Senshi

Oh! A new overlord movie! Yes! *read the synopsis* ah damn. recap

25. Kuroko no Basket: Last Game

Well, what can I say? Kuroko and absurd basketball. Yeah, that sums it up.
